Our tenant onboarding process is straightforward and hassle-free.

Firstly, we will discuss your requirements in terms of property size, preferred area and rent budget etc. We will then suggest suitable properties and arrange viewing times which are convenient for you. When you find your ideal property, we will start the process by taking your application and supporting documents to be considered along with other suitable applicants, if you are successful (subject to referencing) we will take a holding fee (the equivalent to one weeks rent) which enables us to carry out the necessary credit searches and references.

If a proposing tenant is accepted by us but then decides not to proceed or fails referencing, the full fee will be retained by us.
