Once you have been accepted fully before a property is occupied, you will be required to pay the following;
- A minimum of one month’s rent
- A deposit/bond (this is the equivalent to 5 weeks rent)
We understand the housing benefit/universal credit process and are fully aware of the timescales in relation to rent payments. Local authorities’ processes differ so our requirements will be discussed with the proposing tenant at the time of application. We will then help you into the property and provide you with council tax, water rates, gas and electric providers. We will always be available to discuss any problems you might incur and we will provide you with our out-of-office contact details, should you need us.
