Alfredo leads AJP Property Services with 30 years of experience in the property sector, starting his career as a housing inspector before establishing his own business focused on property sales, lettings, and refurbishments. Owning and managing a portfolio for over 20 years, Alfredo prioritises securing the right tenants and maintaining high standards. He has steered the company to manage over a hundred properties and offers comprehensive advice to landlords on all aspects of property refurbishment, including support for new landlords and guidance on technical or legislative challenges, including dispute resolution.

Verena, our lettings administrator, joined the team in December 2022, bringing four years of experience in property management and over 30 years in various administrative roles, including with the NHS. She efficiently manages all aspects of the lettings process, from marketing properties to overseeing the application process, ensuring the selection of suitable tenants for our landlords. Verena, who earned a Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management in 2022, also ensures strict adherence to compliance and tenant referencing throughout. Additionally, she is skilled in handling rent and maintenance aspects of the business, providing essential support where needed.

Our office manager Silvana joined the world of lettings and estate agency 3 years ago. Silvana has the vital role of managing the busy day to day activities within the business and has the responsibility of dealing with the rent process, the lettings process from beginning to end and managing the maintenance aspects of the properties.

Silvana has successfully achieved her Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management and is putting this newly acquired knowledge into her work overseeing listing, tenant referencing and selection through to successful tenant handover.
